Seema was introduced to a Girl & her World through Barbara Harvey and she fell in love with this grass roots organisation as it was so aligned to her values and belief system. She is a strong advocate for education and believes in breaking down the barriers that stop young girls and women from receiving an education.

Seema brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm into everything she does and what gets her out of bed each day is when she can make a positive difference to someone’s life.

What she brings to the team is her program management expertise and she loves to challenge the status quo. She will also focus on building partnerships and collaboration opportunities through her network.

Seema has an Engineering degree, coupled with an MBA and works in the IT industry. She is also very committed to mentoring our future women talent of tomorrow.
